Fees

Copays for insurance vary by provider. If you are not using insurance, the initial evaluation is $150 and sessions are $120. Payment options: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or health saving account. In accordance with the No Surprises Act, a Good Faith Estimate will be provided if you self pay and do not use your insurance. See further information here: No Surprises Act
